Financial Aid | Champions for HD

Champions for HD offers financial grants to individuals and families impacted by Huntington’s Disease (HD) and Juvenile HD (JHD).

Our funding helps cover everyday needs like:

Medical bills and prescriptions

Travel to appointments

Groceries and gas

Legal fees (disability, guardianship)

Counseling or mental health services

IVF procedures

You can apply for financial assistance if:

You’ve been diagnosed with HD or JHD

You live in the United States

You’re experiencing financial hardship

You can provide medical documentation

💌 You can also nominate someone else to receive aid—whether you’re a caregiver, relative, or friend.
