Jenny, who has Juvenile Huntington’s Disease, aged out of Make-A-Wish just as her condition began to worsen. When we learned about her love for country music — especially Carrie Underwood — we sent her and her mom to a concert in accessible seating, plus gift cards to get her hair and makeup done for the big night. Her joy and the photos from that night were a reminder of why these moments matter.
